All our incense products Shaza, Charming Oud, Velvet Oud, Orange Frost, and others are packed by jar size (capacity), not by exact gram weight.
We use standard jar sizes (e.g. 150g,400g and 1000g jar capacity).
Due to differences in resin size, density, and settling, incense cannot be guaranteed by grams.
Appearance may vary, but all customers receive the same standard jar size filled accordingly.
All perfume oils are measured by milliliters (ml) using calibrated bottles:
10ml, 15ml, 20ml, 30ml, 50ml and 100ml etc. 150ml sizes and above are for wholesalers
This measurement is accurate and consistent across all orders.
